The Governor requested a companion bill for HB 2617...SB 6426. Make sure you write your elected officials & tell them to delete sections 157 & 158.

Dear Bryan:

Thank you for your message.

As you may already know, the Non-Highway and Off-Road Vehicle Activities Advisory Committee has been removed from House Bill 2617 and Senate Bill 6426. As a result, the NOVA advisory committee is no longer at risk of being eliminated.

Again, thank you for your message. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Sincerely,

Bruce Dammeier
