I'd buy alot of tools, and parts, a bigger shop and some land.

Wow...me I would buy a big warehouse and buy used parts and tools from wheelers. Then start a business getting people back on the trail for as little money as possible, while giving an avenue for those that need cash a place to get a fair price for the parts and tools... Side business renting/selling tools of all sorts... side side business would be renting by the day or hour bays to get the job done... Make it non-profit and call it ........ Hmmm

side side side biz would be storage area for rigs and trailers accessible 24/7/365 and totally secure....

Then buy a nice house on land, naked house keepers and a friggin big garden to tend to... Cold room for kegs and hanging meat while haveing an open place to party on Sunday with a big BBQ, shooting range, skeet range and a rock garden to watch crawlers have fun even at night under the lights... Then a big owner run fireworks display on Sunday that is more insane than safe... Oh it can go on and on and on... Then go home and leave me alone for a week...
